Refund policy

We want you actually using your gear, not regretting it. If something’s not right, here’s how it works.

Change of mind

Not feeling it? You’ve got 30 days from delivery to send it back for a refund or exchange, as long as it’s unused and in its original condition. Return postage is on you for change-of-mind returns. Once it lands back with us and we’ve checked it over, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

Faulty or damaged

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, that’s on us. Send us a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort a replacement or full refund, including postage. No hoops.

Your rights

None of this limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that can’t be excluded. You’re entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

How to start a return

Email admin@bodyevolutionmethod.com with your order number and what’s going on. We’ll reply with the next steps. Please don’t send anything back before you hear from us.
